George Mills

Owner

George grew up in Louisville, Kentucky, and graduated from the University of Western Kentucky with a degree in journalism. He worked as a TV news cameraman for over 20 years at various stations in Atlanta, New Orleans, Chicago, Hawaii and Orlando. George married Lynne in 1992, and they moved to Cocoa Beach not long after. In 2005, searching for a career that would allow him to spend time with his family and not require odd working hours, George started learning the ins and outs of gas pool heater repair from Tom Feder at Nat/Pro. When Tom retired in 2014, George bought the business and maintained many of the same clients. George has grown the business, expanded services, and hired three more employees. But more importantly, he has been actively involved in his four kids’ lives and has enjoyed investing in his church and community.

Eli LaMarre

Pool & Spa Servicing Contractor

Eli graduated from UCF with a bachelor’s of science in nursing. After working in the medical field as a cardiovascular intensive care nurse, he decided to pursue a career in pool contracting. Eli has been working for Nat Pro Gas since 2020 and has quickly expanded our scope of services through obtaining his pool and spa servicing contractor license. In his spare time Eli enjoys surfing, hunting, and spending time with his wife, Kassidy, and son, Zeke.

Robin Ferguson

Business Operations Manager

Robin was born and raised in Brevard County. She graduated from Merritt Island High School and received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UCF (Go Knights!). She spent nine years working as a software engineer at Harris Corporation until she decided to go full-time as a homemaker and mother of three. Robin has been a part of the Nat/Pro team for over four years and is currently responsible for managing customer relationships, scheduling, invoicing, warranty processing, and accounting.

Jill Gioffre

Customer Success

Born in Minnesota and raised in Brevard County, Jill graduated from Eau Gallie High School. She worked as an Executive Secretary at Northrop Grumman for five years, until she became a full-time homemaker and a mother of three. Jill served children in the Brevard County Public School system for six years before joining Nat/Pro in June 2018. She works with Robin in customer relationship management and scheduling.
